The tatami room was clean and cozy, with a hot pot for tea and a small fridge for drinks. The onsen baths were amazing, especially the outdoor ones. The only downside was the limited bathing hours for women. The hotel staff could have been more understanding about our need for privacy when they came to lay out the futons. The breakfast wasn't great, but I've learned to enjoy the traditional Japanese fare. I recommend this hotel.

The location was good, about a 20-minute walk from the Atami train station. Touristic places like Yuzen Shrine were adjacent to our hotel. Hikojin, where you can eat, is within walking distance of the property. Perfect for weekend...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the hillside was perfect, providing stunning views of the surrounding nature. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the onsen, which had a lovely outdoor option. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel was close enough to the beach area, but it was still quiet and peaceful.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel had a great traditional Japanese Tatami Room with a hot pot for tea, sweets, and a fridge for our use. the best aspect was the onsen baths on the top floor, with two indoor and five outdoor wash stations - real natural bath experience!
The schedule for the shared onsen baths could be inconvenient, with women only allowed a few hours and men restricted to specific hours. the staff came to lay out our futons on their own schedule and didn't listen to us when we asked them to come back later, which was a bit frustrating.

Toilet needs improvement.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close enough to the beach area but rather quiet. It was also conveniently located near the ferry terminal, which was where I wanted to go. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided good service, and the breakfast was satisfactory.
The onsen times were a little restrictive, especially for women who could only use the baths for a few hours.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The Tatami Room was clean and cozy, with a hot pot and complimentary tea and sweets. The onsen bath was the best aspect of our stay, with indoor and outdoor options and a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of the in-hotel store and computers.
There was no shuttle service to the nearest station, which made transportation a bit inconvenient. we wished that the toilet facilities could have been improved.

Conveniently located near the water, just a short walk from the beach. Lovely onsen with specific operating hours depending on gender. Beautiful outdoor onsen available during select morning hours. Tatami rooms offer a cool and enjoyable experience with a gorgeous view. The hotel overall is nice, with only minor improvements needed for the toilet.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a traditional Japanese Tatami Room option. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive to our needs. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Lastly, the hotel had great views of the surrounding area.
The hotel could improve on its transportation options, such as providing a shuttle service or helping guests arrange taxis to Atami station.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a great time. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The complementary breakfast buffet was delicious and included a variety of options. The onsen was one of the best parts of the hotel, very clean facilities and the outdoor bathtub had a great view. Also, its location was perfect just a short walk from the train station and restaurants.
There were a few minor issues that I encountered. While the room was clean and comfortable, there was a bit of noise from the hallway that carried into the room.
